The Certified New Home Specialist designation
is earned through the completion of the industry's most comprehensive
new home sales course. This training provides over 20 hours of
interactive computer-based course work focused on sales and customer
service along with the technical and legal aspects of the homebuilding
process. Successful completion of the 100-page certification
workbook along with a 90% or better score on the certification
test is then required to earn the CNHS designation.
